Fulfillment

All orders ship Monday through Saturday either from Caloocan City (Philippines) or San Diego, CA (USA). Processing takes 2-3 business days and this may change depending on the volume of orders we get, especially during the holiday season. We will be posting updates at the top portion of our website.

Cancellations or Adjustments

Let us know right away (either through the message portion of your order in your account, or email hello@cnsdesigns.com.ph -- don't forget to mention your name and order number) to see if we can still adjust your order or if you're eligible for cancellation; we will then credit the balance to your account which you can use for future orders. There will be no refunds, sorry.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are based on your delivery address and the total weight of the item(s) in your order. It is automatically computed in your shopping bag upon checkout.

Methods and Transit Times

metro manila standard (via Zoom) / 1-3 business days
provincial standard (via Zoom's or Xend's partners) / 3-7 business days
nationwide express (via LBC or Grab Express) / 1-2 business days
usps standard / 2-8 business days
international (via USPS, Singpost, etc.) / Options vary, please see checkout

*Please take note that transit times do not include the day of shipping (starts next business day). Business days are from Monday-Saturday (excluding holidays). We are not responsible for shipping delays.

Out-of-Delivery Zone Areas

If your shipping address is an out-of-delivery-zone area, please find which branches of LBC or 2Go are nearest you and choose to have your package shipped "For pickup" to your selected branch. 2Go is only available with standard shipping.



Package Pick-up

For provincial areas, especially if your address is an out-of-delivery-zone area, you may choose to have your package picked-up in any LBC or 2Go location. You must state which courier and branch name you prefer as your shipping address upon checkout. 2Go is only available with standard shipping.

Packages Returned by the Courier

Please make sure that there is someone in your household (even if it's not you personally) to receive the package. The courier will attempt to deliver twice. If the order is returned to us due to delivery failure or incorrect address, we will contact you ASAP. However, the shipping cost was already used up by the attempt. You may choose to have it shipped again (another shipping fee will be charged to you) or pick it up from their office / branch. You will be provided with a tracking number upon notification of dispatch so you can directly coordinate with the courier on that.

Damaged Goods

In the rare event that you receive a damaged order, please let us know within 3 days of receipt so we can replace it for you. Also, please handle your planners with care! Damages caused by improper handling aren't our responsibility.

International Shipping

We ship from the Philippines and USA. Our site is optimized for shipping to Australia, Canada, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Qatar, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, UAE, and UK.
